"Streamline" teachers

The competence, creativity, and enthusiasm of our teaching staff, combined with the latest teaching materials and the most effective teacher training solutions, allow us to meet the expectations of our most demanding customers.
All our teachers have passed through a competitive multi-step selection process and have been accepted not only on the basis of their professional qualifications and teaching experience but have also been evaluated by their potential to grow professionally with the company. Throughout the selection process, special attention has also been paid to the candidate’s personal qualities necessary for a successful teacher, e.g. enthusiasm, creative thinking, the ability to establish good rapport with the class and motivate students to actively participate in the course.
Streamline teaching team includes native speakers from Great Britain, professional Belarusian teachers who work at Streamline full-time, and part-time teachers of Minsk State Linguistic University, Belarusian State University, Belarusian State Economic University, and other well-known national universities.
We consider the invariably high quality of the teaching process at Streamline our core competency and invest a lot of resources into our teacher training programs. Streamline teachers constantly update their professional knowledge by means of regular seminars and workshops, which are aimed at familiarizing our staff with the latest teaching approaches, methods, and resources, and are held either by the director of studies and top Streamline teachers or by visiting EFL (English as a Foreign Language) professionals.
Regular SIG (Special Interest Groups) meetings pursue the goal of sharing classroom experience between the teachers of the same course level and are especially valuable for new members of our constantly growing teaching team. SIG coordinators analyze newcomers’ lesson structure, advise them on the best resources for the given topic, share effective teaching techniques, and provide any other assistance necessary.
Streamline teachers also receive psychological training, where they are presented with strategies to increase students’ motivation and help them overcome the language barrier.
To better understand the specific needs of every customer and make adjustments if necessary, teacher evaluations are held twice a year. Streamline students complete the evaluation forms anonymously and rate the work of their teacher on a ten-point scale. The average grade received by our teachers is nine!
